The hotel was incredibly new and modern, with a jaw-dropping design. The location was super convenient, just a short taxi ride to the centrum. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. But what truly made our stay mind-blowing was the staff. Olga, the receptionist, was the best in the world and made us feel right at home. And Pavel, the security guy, was a real helper and went above and beyond. With their exceptional service, we will never consider staying anywhere else. Plus, the hotel was surprisingly affordable and had private parking, which was essential for us. The fridge allowed us to keep snacks, and the spa experience was absolutely relaxing. The location wasn't a problem, as it only took a short drive to reach the city center. The hotel also provided comfortable shower robes and had a canteen on the ground floor.

The staff at the reception were super chill and helpful. The rooms were fresh and comfy, perfect for a squad hangout. Plus, the hotel had a sick garden and playground where we could kick back and have some fun. And the best part? The hotel was located right next to Market Square and Opera Theatre, so we could easily hit up the city vibe!

If there's one thing we could've asked for, it would've been a better party scene for us young party animals. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome, but it would've been off the charts if they had some cool events or activities specifically for us young peeps.

I had an exceptional experience at this newly built hotel. The customer service staff was young and motivated, and they spoke quasi-good international English. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a luxurious design with mirrors and marble everywhere. The spa facilities, including the Roman, Finnish, and Russian saunas, along with the jacuzzi. Despite some minor drawbacks like thin walls and limited parking, I would highly recommend this hotel. it was definitely worth the stay.
